• Business data you enter: orders, customers, products, suppliers and transactions. You own this data; we process it only to provide the service.
• Billing data: plan and payment status. Card and wallet details are handled by Stripe and EPS — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data: log-in times and basic technical logs for security.

Cookies & tracking

We use an essential session cookie to keep you logged in. If enabled, we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and Google Analytics on our public website to measure marketing; these may set their own cookies.

How we protect data

Passwords are hashed, third-party API keys are encrypted at rest, each business's data is logically isolated, and traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

Your rights

You can export your orders, products and transactions at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us.
