Terms of Service

The service

ekomeye is provided by DAPCO Ventures LLC on a subscription basis. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your users and for keeping passwords safe. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Subscriptions & payment

Plans are billed in advance in USD (Stripe, auto-renewing until cancelled) or BDT (EPS, per period). Prices may change with 30 days' notice. If a subscription lapses your account becomes read-only; data is retained for at least 90 days.

Third-party services

Courier, WooCommerce and payment integrations are provided by their respective companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
