Money
Accounts, transactions & bills
- Accounts — cash, bank, bKash/Nagad and a Courier balance account. Balances update from every transaction.
- Automatic entries — advances, delivered COD, courier fees, supplier payments, bills and commission payouts are recorded for you.
- Transfers — when the courier pays out COD, transfer from Courier balance to your bank.
- Manual transactions — record ad spend, salaries, rent, packaging and other income/expenses.
- Bills — add rent, internet, salaries. When you pay one, click Pay in the bill list and choose the date, amount and account: it is recorded as an expense, so it appears in Reports. Monthly bills create the next month’s bill automatically. (An unpaid bill is only a reminder and is not counted yet.)
