Steadfast

1. In the Steadfast merchant panel open API and copy the API key and secret key.
2. Paste them in Integrations and click Test connection.

Pathao

1. In the Pathao merchant panel open Developer API for the client ID and secret.
2. Enter them with your merchant login email, password and Store ID. Use Sandbox for testing.
3. On each Pathao order, choose city and zone (area optional).

Choose the courier per order

Each order has its own courier (Steadfast, Pathao or Manual). Pick it on the order form, or on the order page just before you click Send to courier. From the order list you can tick many orders and send them all at once.

Automatic status, COD and payment updates

1. Copy the Status webhook URL shown under each courier on the Integrations page.
2. Steadfast: paste it in the Steadfast panel → API → Webhook. Pathao: paste it in the merchant panel → Developer API → Webhook.
3. From then on, delivered parcels become Delivered (COD income and courier charge are recorded), returns become Returned (stock comes back) and the payment column shows Collected by courier → Settled.

As a safety net ekomeye also re-checks open parcels every 30 minutes. You can still click Refresh courier status on any order or bulk-refresh from the list. When the courier pays you, tick the orders and choose Mark COD settled, then record a Transfer from Courier balance to your bank.
