Create offers once in Offers & discounts and apply them on any order — no more calculating discounts by hand.

Create an offer

• % off the order — e.g. 10% off, with an optional maximum discount (10% up to 500).
• Fixed amount off — e.g. 200 off.
• Free delivery — the delivery charge becomes the discount.

Optional settings: coupon code (e.g. EID10), minimum order, start and end dates and a usage limit (total number of orders). Pause an offer any time.

Use it on orders

1. On the order form choose the offer under Offer / coupon — the total updates instantly. If the order is below the minimum, the form tells you how much more is needed.
2. You can still add an extra discount by hand for a special customer.
3. The order page and invoice show the offer name, code and amount.
4. Website / landing-page orders sent to the order API can include "coupon": "EID10".

See what it brought

The offers list shows each offer's status, how many orders used it, the total discount given and the sales from delivered orders. Click the order count to see those orders. Discounts are already deducted in Profit & loss.

Tip: announce an offer to your customers with a WhatsApp broadcast (purpose: Offer).
