Customers are created automatically from orders, chats and imports, keyed by phone number. Open a customer to see every order, total spent and returns.

Import from Excel

1. Go to Customers → Import customers and download the template (opens in Excel).
2. Fill in name, phone, address, district, email, notes — only phone is required. Bangla headers (নাম, ফোন, ঠিকানা, জেলা) work too.
3. Save as .xlsx or .csv and upload. Existing phone numbers are updated (address filled in), new ones are added.

Tick Block for known fraud numbers — any new order with that phone shows a warning. Use the 2+ returns filter to find risky customers. Export CSV downloads your full list.
