Every order screen, report and lead form has a TikTok channel, so orders from TikTok live sessions, comments and DMs can be entered and measured like any other channel.

Connect TikTok Shop

1. Your platform admin adds the TikTok Shop partner app keys once (Admin → Settings → Social & courier integrations).
2. Open Integrations and click Connect TikTok Shop. Log in as the seller and approve.
3. TikTok Shop orders are imported automatically with channel TikTok (instantly by webhook, and re-checked every 30 minutes). Status changes — awaiting shipment, shipped, delivered, cancelled — follow automatically, with stock and income.
4. Click Sync orders now anytime.

TikTok handles delivery for TikTok Shop orders, so their courier is set to Manual; tracking numbers are saved on the order.

TikTok Pixel

For the ekomeye website the admin can add a TikTok Pixel (and optional Events API token) next to the Meta Pixel.
