Integrations
Shopify orders & products
Connect your Shopify store and its orders land in ekomeye's order list (channel Website, order number SH…) with customer, address, country, items, shipping charge and any online payment as advance. Products can be imported with SKU, price, stock, weight and photo.
1. Create the app in Shopify
- Shopify admin → Settings → Apps → Develop apps (stores created from 2026 use the Dev Dashboard instead).
- Create an app and give it Admin API access:
read_orders,read_products,read_customers(and allow customer data access so names, phones and addresses come through). - Install the app on your store.
2. Connect ekomeye
- Open Integrations → Shopify and type your yourstore.myshopify.com address.
- Paste either the Admin API access token (shpat_…) or the Dev Dashboard app's Client ID and Client secret — ekomeye renews the access token by itself.
- Click Test connection, then Import products and Sync orders.
3. Instant orders (webhook)
- Shopify admin → Settings → Notifications → Webhooks → Create webhook: event Order creation, format JSON, URL = the webhook URL shown in ekomeye.
- Copy the signing key shown at the bottom of that Shopify page into Webhook signing key in ekomeye. (Webhooks made by a Dev Dashboard app are signed with its client secret — nothing more to paste.)
Orders keep their own courier: Steadfast/Pathao for Bangladesh, Easyship or your own couriers for other countries. Duplicates are skipped automatically.
